Electrical Contracts Manager Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all site-based operations for our growing progressive company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the required standards, time, and cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of projects, including small works, large sites, and renewable projects
  • Ensure projects are completed to the required standards, time, and cost
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical contractors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and designers
  • Manage project budgets and resources
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or similar role
  • Relevant management qualifications and electrical trade qualification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercially aware with a good grasp of operating under different contract conditions
