Job Title: General Farm Worker/Tractor Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Farm Worker/Tractor Driver to join our team at Roadhogs. As a key member of our arable and contracting team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate tractors and other farm equipment as instructed by your line manager
  • Assist with the maintenance of farm equipment, buildings, and grounds
  • Ensure the security of farm sites and the health and safety of yourself and others
  • Work collaboratively with the existing team to achieve farm objectives
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a General Farm Worker/Tractor Driver
  • Ability to operate tractors and other farm equipment safely and efficiently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE + overtime
  • Plus: 23 days annual leave in addition to standard UK public holidays

Please note that there is no accommodation available at present, so candidates must be able to commute to CM5. The typical working week is 07:30-16:30, Monday to Friday, with weekends and overtime coming into play at peak times on the arable and contracting side of the business.
