Job Title: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Full Time Farm Worker to join our team at Roadhogs. As a key member of our arable and contracting team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate tractors and other farm equipment as instructed by your line manager
  • Assist with the maintenance of farm machinery, buildings, and grounds
  • Ensure high standards of quality and attention to detail in all operations
  • Contribute to the security of farm sites and the health and safety of colleagues and others
  • Participate in workshop duties, building maintenance, and grounds maintenance
Training and Development:

We offer comprehensive in-house training on all aspects of farm work, including machinery operations and maintenance. Additionally, we provide external training where necessary to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required for the role.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE + overtime
  • 23 days annual leave, plus standard UK public holidays

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be able to commute to CM5, as accommodation is not currently available on site.
