We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Farm Worker/Tractor Driver to join our team at Roadhogs farm in Essex. As a key member of our arable and contracting team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the security of our farm sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery as instructed by your line manager, including slurry pumping, cultivations, pesticide applications, rolling, mowing, bale and corn carting
  • Assist with the maintenance of our machinery, buildings, and grounds
  • Maintain high standards and attention to detail in every operation
  • Ensure the security of our farm sites and the health and safety of yourself and others
  • Work collaboratively with our existing team
  • Perform workshop duties and building maintenance
  • Contribute to grounds maintenance

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE + Overtime

  • 23 days annual leave in addition to standard UK public holidays

Working Hours:

The typical working week is 07:30-16:30, Monday to Friday. Weekends and overtime may be required during peak periods (February to October).

Training and Development:

We offer full in-house training on all aspects of the role, as well as external training where necessary.
