The Role

This part-time Payroll Officer role will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, collaborating with the Finance Team, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, we are looking for someone who can work collaboratively as part of our team, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to data protection principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain colleague payroll records and ensure compliance with legislation and regulation.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to discuss payroll-related accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Solid background in payroll with experience of working with outsourced payroll systems.
  • Good understanding of data protection and GDPR legislation.
