Service Engineer Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Northampton. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and associated equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer queries
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MECHANICAL SERVICE AND REPAIR SKILLS
  • Engine diagnostic and basic electrical skills
  • A valid driving license and ability to drive a Ford Transit Custom Van
  • Forklift truck experience (plant, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment)

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum, plus overtime opportunities at 1.5 and 2.0 times the hourly rate. You will also enjoy:
