About the Role

As a Highway Assistance Specialist, you will be responsible for operating our HGV recovery trucks, responding to breakdowns, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless experience for our customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their safety.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently, and have a strong problem-solving mindset. A full Category C driving license (HGV 2) and Driver CPC qualification are essential requirements for this position. We also encourage applicants who hold a CE (HGV 1) license, as we offer support for those looking to upgrade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate HGV recovery trucks to respond to breakdowns and recover vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work independently, adapting to new technology and procedures as needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers

• Guaranteed minimum salary: £32,940 for CE (HGV 1) license holders, £29,660 for C (HGV 2) license holders
