About This Role
We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Director of Infrastructure to head our Glasgow branch.
Job Summary
The selected candidate will lead the development and growth of our Scotland office, focusing on delivering high-quality projects and fostering excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Negotiate and finalise contractual agreements with clients, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency within the Scotland office.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute the company's vision and goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar capacity within the rail industry.
- In-depth understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from clients to colleagues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ambitious and proactive approach to career development.
Salary Range: £100,000 - £130,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
