About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Nurse, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts across our client Trusts in England, while developing your professional skills and gaining experience in oncology care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to safe policies and procedures for subcutaneous and intravenous devices, as well as enteral feeding tubes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and the healthcare team, being mindful of potential barriers to understanding.
  • Administer and manage medicines correctly, in accordance with Trust Policy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse in an oncology ward environment within the last 3 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and adherence to current nursing practices.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6-months experience working as a Registered Nurse in an NHS hospital setting in the past 2-years.
  • Statement of NMC Registration
  • Degree /Diploma in Nursing
