Job Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Oncology. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate clinical observations of patients and escalating concerns as appropriate
- Ensuring the safe administration and custody of medicines according to Trust Policy
- Communicating effectively with patients, relatives, and the healthcare team
- Working as an effective team member and promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships
About the Role:

What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience within an oncology ward environment within the last 3 years
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
