About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Nurse, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts across our client Trusts in England, while also developing your professional skills and gaining experience in oncology care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an oncology ward environment, adhering to safe policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and the healthcare team, taking into account potential barriers to understanding.
  • Administer and manage medicines according to Trust Policy, ensuring accurate and safe treatment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse in an NHS hospital setting within the last 2 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices.
  • IV Therapy Training and SACT Training are essential.
