Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on the architecture and interior design space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the architecture and interior design sectors, understanding their needs, company culture, and project requirements.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarks to ensure the best talent match.
Candidate Sourcing & Management:
- Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, providing feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job brief to offer negotiation and placement, ensuring a smooth and professional process for both clients and candidates.
- Write compelling job descriptions and advertise roles effectively to attract high-quality candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews to ensure a win-win outcome.
Market Research & Business Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging talent in the architecture and interior design sectors, identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base and market reach.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within the architecture and interior design sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the architecture and interior design industry, including key roles, skill sets, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other digital tools.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
