Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Management:

    • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Manage candidate relationships, providing feedback, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job brief to offer negotiation and placement.
    • Write compelling job descriptions and advertise roles effectively to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional process for both clients and candidates.
    • Negotiate job offers and salary packages between clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome.
  • Market Research & Business Development:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging talent in the architecture and interior design sectors.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and market reach.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence and reputation.
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within the architecture and interior design sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of the architecture and interior design industry, including key roles, skill sets, and market trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other digital tools.
    • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
