Key Responsibilities

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at LVS Oxford, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality support to students with autism, working closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning plans.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
  • Providing one-to-one support to students as needed.
  • Contributing to the development of a safe and supportive learning environment.

This is a part-time post, working Monday to Wednesday from 08:30 to 16:00. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £24,000 to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience), as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
