DC Implementation Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DC Implementation Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our Client Implementation Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and retention of LGIM's Corporate business by providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the production of project management documentation, leading on this for agreed clients.
- Arrange project meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate and document actions to support our Client Relationship Teams and clients.
- Support and lead workstreams in the process for transferring business, providing support for clients to move assets into LGIM, including all DC workplace products as required.
- Collaborate closely with DC Pensions Distribution team colleagues to maximize new business opportunities at tender, beauty parade, and site visit stages.
- Work closely with DC Workplace Operations, Communication, and Change colleagues to oversee all aspects of the project process, supporting and leading on work streams as required.
- Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the project, both external and internal to LGIM, and ensure roles and accountabilities are understood.
- Review project plans, transition process maps, and other relevant project management templates to improve quality and efficiency, maintaining internal and external facing project plans.
- Hold Post Implementation Reviews with agreed clients, collate feedback, and share it appropriately to improve our approach and capture testimonials.
- Maintain a good knowledge of LGIM's DC Pensions proposition and processes, and stay up-to-date with market activity and legislative developments to support relevant topics during Implementations and ensure Treating Customer fairly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable communication skills, with the ability to articulate and convey information clearly and compellingly in writing and in person.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in Pensions (DB or DC) is desirable but not essential.
- Confident, willing to take initiative, and a team player.
- Ability to build good working relationships with professionals across the business, internally and externally.
- Highly organized, with the ability to deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on improving business performance through exceptional content.
