About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DC Client Manager to join our team at SEI Investments Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Master Trust clients, providing them with best-in-class service and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will identify emerging needs of our DC clients and inform the DC Proposition Team to ensure we deliver innovative solutions.
  2. You will help our DC clients deliver their member communication strategies, working closely with their professional advisers.
  3. You will support the sales process of converting new business opportunities into new clients, participating in new business proposals and consultant meetings.
  4. You will attend client meetings, keeping abreast of legislative changes and working with the team to manage their impact on client services and procedures.
  5. You will participate in new client implementations, supporting internal and external suppliers to ensure high-quality third-party services are delivered.
  6. You will develop strong relationships with clients and their professional advisers, as well as any other ad-hoc projects as required.
  7. All SEI employees are responsible for identifying, assessing, and controlling risks and risk events, maintaining a good understanding of applicable policies, procedures, risk appetites, and tolerance relevant to their function and business unit.
Requirements
  • You will have relevant client-facing experience and bring your good technical knowledge of DC and investment.
  • You will have hands-on experience and knowledge of the products and services pertinent to the Defined Contribution landscape.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage multiple agendas, strong listening, oral, and written communication skills.
  • You will have previous experience of working within DC Pensions/client-facing roles, existing pensions and/or investment knowledge will be beneficial, with a firm commitment to develop that knowledge when in role essential.
  • You will have strong project management skills.
