Job Title: HR Business Partner, Dalry Site
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Dalry, UK. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert HR guidance and support to our unionized manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Partnership: Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement HR plans that support business goals and drive organizational performance.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining positive employee relations.
- Talent Development and Succession Planning: Identify key talent and high-potential employees, working closely with managers to develop and implement robust development plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the Regional Total Rewards Lead to implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Interpret and communicate corporate HR policies, ensuring compliance with all DSM requirements and UK local laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a unionized manufacturing environment or similar.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and collective bargaining.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
