As a key member of our Animal Nutrition and Health business unit, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy raw material warehouse and offloading raw materials to comply with site SHE and Quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching and training the Materials Handler Team in effective team behavior and all aspects of Materials Handling.
  • Monitoring and improving the performance of the team to ensure targets for goods receipt, inventory management, and regulatory compliance are met or bettered.
  • Auditing the team performance to ensure that relevant GMP and site procedures are being adhered to and initiating training when skills gaps are identified.
  • Planning, preparation, and issuing of permits.

You Bring

  • Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years relevant industrial supervisory experience.

  • Candidates will require to demonstrate using drive, determination, and enthusiasm to tackle problems and provide effective solutions.
