Job Title – Technical Supervisor

Location – Dalry, UK

Job Model – On-Site

We are seeking a skilled Technical Supervisor to join our team at the Dalry facility. This role is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare process descriptions, checklists, and SOPs.
  • Support the development of new processes and investigate existing software for process optimization.
  • Participate in Permit Cliq signature authority and conduct LEO assessments.
  • Prepare training and assessment documentation and conduct training sessions with the operations team.
  • Assist the Team Leader in evaluating the competency of field operators.
  • Develop safety-specific documentation and provide troubleshooting assistance to the operations team.
  • Maintain the document database (SOPs, PIDs, checklists, etc.).
  • Provide support during start-up and shutdown preparations.

You Bring

  • At least 5 years of relevant industrial supervisory experience.
  • An HND or equivalent in a relevant subject would be desirable.
  • A proven track record in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Leadership, teamwork, good communication skills, planning, and organizing.
