Administrative Coordinator

VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting a leading Construction company with the recruitment of an Administrator. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic industry.
Salary:£26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to site teams, including updating drawing registers, site packs, utilities drawings, and document management. They will also handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, correspondence, and data entry. Additionally, they will assist with budget preparation, manage site-related expenses, and act as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction or civil engineering industry. They must be able to use their own initiative, take accountability for their work, and work effectively as part of a team.
