Senior Operations Specialist with Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund Expertise

We are partnering with OCR Alpha to hire a senior operations professional for a newly created role within their multi-strategy hedge fund. The successful candidate will play a key part in the launch of a new liquid credit fund, requiring expertise in products such as CDS, bonds, and IRS.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of buy-side operations experience and a strong understanding of credit products. Experience in launching new funds is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding counterparties and oversight of the fund administrator
- Setting up the new fund, including risk management and compliance
- Collaborating closely with Portfolio Managers to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of buy-side operations experience
- Strong knowledge of credit products, including CDS, bonds, and IRS
- Experience in launching new funds is highly desirable
