Bar Manager

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of bartenders, barbacks, and servers to provide prompt and attentive service.
- Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu with high-quality ingredients.
- Monitor industry trends and update the menu accordingly.
- Oversee beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
- Implement practices to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular inspections.
- Provide ongoing training to enhance staff skills and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights.
- Support the GM with marketing to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
