Bar Manager

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at one of our award-winning establishments in East Anglia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of bartenders, barbacks, and servers to provide outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu with high-quality ingredients, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Oversee beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies, to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Implement practices to ensure prompt, attentive service, address guest feedback, and resolve any issues professionally.
- Monitor sales, analyze financial reports, set revenue targets, and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular inspections.
- Provide ongoing training to enhance staff skills and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
