Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Bar Manager to join our team at Anglian Country Inns. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing our bar operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of bartenders, barbacks, and servers to provide outstanding service and create a positive guest experience.
- Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu that showcases our premium spirits and wines.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust our menu and promotions accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Implement practices to ensure prompt, attentive service, and address guest feedback and issues professionally.
- Monitor sales, analyze financial reports, and set revenue targets to optimize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular inspections.
- Provide ongoing training to enhance staff skills and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
