Role Description
This position involves working as a Field Sales Executive for Castle View Personnel in Caithness. The primary objective is to connect with potential customers and increase brand awareness, ultimately leading to increased sales.
Responsibilities
- Developing sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Using CRM tools to effectively manage the sales process.
- Providing excellent customer service and feedback on market knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in telecoms or retail.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
Compensation
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (Basic) OTE 50K+
- Car allowance: £4,200
- Car mileage paid at £0.45 per mile
