As a Business Development Manager at Pavilion Recruitment Solutions, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing business and generating new business through new business enquiries. You will work with clients based in the City and a few regionally, and will have the opportunity to progress to an Account Executive role (circa £60k) or Team Leader.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a portfolio of business and generating new business through new business enquiries. You will be responsible for premiums on average £10,000 - can range up to £250,000, and will have the opportunity to work with a close team that like to socialise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing business
  • Generating new business through new business enquiries
  • Working with clients based in the City and a few regionally
  • Progressing to an Account Executive role (circa £60k) or Team Leader
