Fitness Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Operations Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our fitness business, leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality services and experiences to our members.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain a safe and clean environment for our members, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a fitness management role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving business performance.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
