Job Title: Fitness Operations Manager

Everlast Gyms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fitness centre, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality services and programs to our members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role within the fitness industry.
