We are looking for an experienced M&E Technician to join our team at Phoenix Resourcing Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a range of electrical and mechanical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our commercial building.

Estimated Annual Salary: Approximately £54,800 based on the provided information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Responding to emergency callouts
  • Completing electrical work, including lighting and wiring installations
  • Assisting with plumbing and drainage tasks
  • Diagnosing faults in complex systems
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as lamp changes and ballast replacements

Essential Requirements:

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification
  • Commercial building maintenance experience
  • A proven track record in property maintenance
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
