Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Assess patient health and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Treatment Administration and Monitoring: Administer medications and treatments as required, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
  • Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.

This role comes with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for continuing education and professional development within a supportive team environment. To be successful in this position, you will need a Registered Nurse (RN) license, prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
