At Colten Care, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Ringwood.

We offer a competitive salary of circa £27,500 per annum, based on 37.5 hours and 30-37.5 hours per week, with a working hour range of 8:30am - 5:00pm.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing the organisation's payroll in a timely and accurate manner every week.

This involves extracting information from the roster system to transfer into the Opera payroll system accurately.

You will create and maintain employee payroll records, calculate wages, and make appropriate deductions based on employee attendance records.

In addition, you will be expected to enter payroll information into a central system with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.

You will also issue employee checks and earnings summaries, and confidently create and run payroll reports.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll weekly in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Extract information from the roster system and transfer it into the Opera payroll system.
  • Create and maintain employee payroll records.
  • Calculate wages and make deductions based on attendance records.
  • Enter payroll information into a central system.
  • Issue employee checks and earnings summaries.
  • Create and run payroll reports.
