About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading mental health provider, supporting individuals and organizations with mental health and wellbeing solutions. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client queries, and maintaining regular contact with clients, customers, and therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of cases, providing proactive administrative support to clients.
- Answer client queries over the phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, customers, and therapists to ensure seamless support.
- Utilize Microsoft software suite to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment.
- Competent in managing administration tasks within Microsoft software suite.
- Ability to travel to our Head office 3 days a week.
