This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical capabilities and inspire and mentor the Workshop team. You will be an ambassador for Halfords, promoting our Values and instilling these in the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the Workshop team to drive performance and delivery
  • Develop colleagues through delivery of technical training
  • Exceed customer metrics and work with management to support in driving key metrics and KPI's
  • Meet compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality
  • Labor force scheduling and time management
