We are seeking a skilled Resident Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing personalized support to our residents, facilitating activities, and promoting social interaction. The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £11.67 - £12.00, commensurate with qualifications, and access to our comprehensive benefits package, including fully funded DBS checks and a generous holiday pay scheme. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each resident are met.
