  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to expand our client base and increase market share.
  • Lead and motivate a team of recruitment professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition for the life sciences sector.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and growing an RPO services business, preferably within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Client-focused mindset with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred.
