About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join our team at Walker Morris LLP. As a PSL, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal teams and sector groups by developing innovative work practices and facilitating the capture and sharing of knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a knowledge strategy to efficiently capture and retrieve know-how.
  • Drive a cultural change within the firm to capture and harness knowledge for future work.
  • Embrace new technology and adopt efficiencies across the practice to 'work-smarter' by cutting down time to retrieve information.
  • Aid client development through producing publications, bespoke client training, and proactively considering other innovative ways to use know-how to add value to client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with Learning and Development to provide legal training to fee earners across the firm.
  • Provide individual lawyer support to give second opinions and identify case law.
  • Work closely with the Innovation team to identify new technologies and efficiencies for the firm.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who is registered with the Law Society of England and Wales. You should have experience working with legal innovation and legal technology, as well as the ability to deliver engaging training sessions and proactively support lawyers across the firm.

  • Hybrid working arrangements, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
