Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Knowledge Strategy: Drive the development and implementation of our knowledge strategy to efficiently capture and retrieve know-how, ensuring that our lawyers have access to the information they need to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Cultural Change and Knowledge Sharing: Be instrumental in driving a cultural change within the firm to capture and harness knowledge for future work, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Embracing New Technology: Embrace new technology and adopt efficiencies across the practice to 'work-smarter' by cutting down time to retrieve information, making it more readily available to our lawyers.
  • Client Development and Training: Aid client development through producing publications, bespoke client training, and proactively considering other innovative ways to use know-how to add value to client relationships.
  • Legal Training and Support: Work collaboratively with our Learning and Development team to provide legal training to fee earners across the firm, ensuring that our lawyers have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Individual Lawyer Support: Provide individual lawyer support to give second opinions and identify case law, ensuring that our lawyers have access to the information they need to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Collaboration with Innovation Team: Work closely with our Innovation team to identify new technologies and efficiencies for the firm, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and technology.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience: A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, registered with the Law Society of England and Wales.
  • Commercial Awareness and Innovation: Experience working with legal innovation and legal technology, with a proven track record of ensuring the provision of a high standard of client service with good file and case management.
  • Communication and Training Skills: Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and proactively support lawyers across the firm, with a strong understanding of clients' businesses and commercial awareness.

  • Hybrid Working: A minimum of 2 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home and achieve a better work-life balance.
  • Annual Leave and Benefits: A minimum of 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 31 days with length of service, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, pension, and life assurance.
