Relief Care Coordinator

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding levels of support to enable individuals to live independently
- Build positive relationships with service users, promoting understanding and social interaction
- Support individuals to access and participate in their local community and social events, promoting life skills and individuality
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, budget management, and cooking healthy meals
