Your new role
Frontline Support: Answering phone calls and emails from customers.Problem-Solving: Resolving customer enquiries related to property purchases and resident issues.Customer Satisfaction: Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks.What you'll need to succeed
Previous Experience: Experience in a similar role within the housing or new build industry.Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find solutions.People's Skills: A friendly and approachable demeanour.Valid Driving Licence: Essential for potential site visits.What you'll get in return
