Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Director to provide proactive, accurate, and timely administrative and operational support.
Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus benefits.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Director, including managing their diary, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and prioritizing the Sales Director's diary to ensure scheduled meetings reflect priorities.
- Providing excellent customer service by answering queries and requests from customers and stakeholders.
- Preparing and drafting documents and reports in advance of meetings.
- Maintaining an accurate and updated CRM system, onboarding new clients as necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience of providing high-quality administrative support to senior managers, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
