Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, working closely with teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality lessons and experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students with their academic and personal development, promoting social-emotional learning and academic success.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with the UK national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to take risks and develop their creativity and problem-solving skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
  • A strong understanding of the UK national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
