Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Job Summary:

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our healthcare team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their families, and our healthcare team.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with complex care clients.
  • Experience working with clients with epilepsy.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
