Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Job Summary:

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Work closely with clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as medication management, personal care, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients to maintain their physical and mental health, including assisting with exercise and leisure activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with complex care clients, including those with epilepsy.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
