Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex care needs.

Job Summary:

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with daily living activities, such as medication management, personal care, and household tasks. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including medication management, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure the highest standard of care is provided to our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with complex care clients.
  • Confident in working with children and making shifts engaging.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
