Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Ophthalmic Outpatients department at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and management to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
