About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Electoral Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our electoral services team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of elections and voter registration in Hammersmith & Fulham.

As a Deputy Electoral Services Manager, you will work closely with the Electoral Services Manager to develop and implement strategies for electoral registration, the annual electoral registration canvass, and elections. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of electoral services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of electoral services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electoral law and the ability to interpret and apply it. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including voters, candidates, and other electoral officials.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
