About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Electoral Services Manager to join our team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. As a key member of our Electoral Services team, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of elections and voter registration in our borough.

As a Deputy Electoral Services Manager, you will work closely with the Electoral Services Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for electoral registration, the annual electoral registration canvass, and elections. You will also be responsible for leading and supervising a team of electoral services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of electoral services.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of electoral law and the ability to interpret and apply it. You will also need to be able to lead, motivate, and develop a team to work to the best of their abilities. Experience in supporting election management and delivery of local and national polls is essential.
