Responsibilities

- Oversee recruitment, selection, and performance management processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs, driving employee development and engagement.

- Work closely with senior leaders to shape HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Review and optimize compensation packages, including salary up to £70,000, bonus, and exceptional benefits.
- The ideal candidate has a proven background in strategic and operational HR, with experience driving business growth and improving processes.
