Sir Robert McAlpine is seeking a skilled Package Manager to join their team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and management of sub-contractors employed in various trades within the project area.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, and proven working experience in package management. They will also have the ability to prepare a 3-week look-ahead programme with the assistance of a project planner.
The role requires strong interfacing skills between internal departments and external agencies, including architects, engineers, construction workers, sub-contractors, client agents, clerk of works, and site staff. The successful candidate will also be knowledgeable of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
