Job Title: Technical Compliance Manager

Myfm Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a comprehensive Facilities Management audit program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Review and analyze the audit program to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Lead the Quality and Compliance forum to ensure technical compliance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement risk management and mitigation plans to minimize potential risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor and report on Facilities Management contract deliverables to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the effective management of assets and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the Facilities Management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Technical Facilities Management Manager role.
  • Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) are essential.
  • Experience in compliance management in regulated environments is preferred.
  • M&E knowledge and associated qualifications are desirable.
  • Quality (ISO) and audit experience are essential.
  • Senior client and supply chain management experience is preferred.
